Formed in 1997, with our sales office in Visalia, CA, Royal Vista Marketing is located in the heart of the citrus growing region. This excellent location has given our on-sight sales staff and inspector, the ability to inspect each order before shipment to help ensure our reputation of quality arrivals. Royal Vista may be a young company, but we have over 75 years of produce experience to better serve you.

Growers, packers, and shippers from the finest growing centers, have all aligned themselves with Royal Vista in an effort to create the perfect in-line produce supply for buyers eager to procure the very best fruit and citrus year-round for their customers.

This alliance makes finding and buying the best fruit and citrus, easier than ever before. Additionally, we have sold non-citrus commodities such as kiwi, grapes, and stone fruits. Royal Vista Marketing will continue to seek new opportunities to expand on our reputation of quality and dependability.

History

In 1895, Todd’s great grandparents, John and Mildred Myers, moved from Ohio to settle and farm in Downey, CA. It was there the family tradition of citrus growing was born. In 1935 their only child, John Myers Jr, purchased land in Anaheim, CA and planted additional navel and valencia oranges. John Jr. also ran a successful spraying business in the Orange County area. In 1952, John and wife Elsie sold all their Southern California ranches and purchased acreage in Lindsay, CA. John continued farming until 2009.

Today, John Sr’s great grandson, Todd Steele, continues the tradition of growing and farming citrus in California. Todd and his wife Sheri not only farm citrus, but also peaches, plums, apricots, grapes, and walnuts in the Kingsburg area. They have four sons who help work the family ranches and farms.
